VLE can start work of Updation/Changing of customers following details in Adhaar Card-

These updation shall be done according to rules specified by CSC UCL for VLE.
How much VLE can earn after getting CSC UCL REGISTRATION?
The VLE can earn fees Rs.50/- for updating/Changing the adhaar card of customer . The CSC will not charge any income above than prescribed by portal. The CSC Portal does not pay any commission for doing work of adhaar card, the only income received from customer is earned by CSC.
What are Charges for Applying CSC UCL REGISTRATION?
The CSC UCL Registration portal id is free of cost. The existing VLE user can apply for UCL Registration at portal.

Is any Exam or Test is required for CSC UCL REGISTRATION?
The VLE operator/Supervisor needs Adhaar NSEIT certificate. If they have not given examination earlier, so they need to apply for certificate for NSEIT first then apply for CSC UCL REGISTRATION.
Steps to Register for CSC UCL:
Step 1: VLE Has to visit https://eseva.csccloud.in/ucl/ for CSC UCL Registration
Step 2: VLE has to login his Digital Sewa Portal Id from his Portal
Step 3: Applicant needs to collect all documents and details as given below .
Step 4: The details should be filed correctly because there is no option of correction of form and mis reporting can lead to rejection of form.
Step 5: The details need to file in application and submit the form and further contact your District Supervisor.
Can my CSC UCL REGISTRATION be rejected by portal?
The applicant are suggested to fill the details correctly and do not provide any incorrect details in application. The CSC application fulfilling all requirements as asked in application will be preferred.

How much time it takes to allotment of CSC UCL Registration?
The CSC portal has started accepting CSC UCL Registration application. However , they have not yet issued any allotment id to anyone. It is therefore suggest to be in regular touch of your district manager for CSC UCL Registration. The CSC has not prescribed any time limit for issuing of portal id.
